About the Annual General Meeting

The AGM is the annual Meeting of all members of our organisation.

The location and host organisation of the next AGM is confirmed at each AGM. The AGM is held at least once each calendar year and not later than fifteen months following the adjournment of the previous AGM. The Board invites all full members to the next AGM with details about the precise date and location of the next AGM at least 60 days prior to the AGM.

2024 Annual General Meeting

Registration is now open with early bird rates available until 15 May!

Members who wish to apply for a Scholarship to attend the AGM should follow the guidance on this page and apply before 30 June 2024.
